You can get there meters at a low cost but you do have to commit to the long term.

Like anything though, it is how much you put into it, and how committed you really are to get the results you want.

The good thing is here there is a lot of young single professionals so renting room by room would t be a problem here.

But your agreement will state that you are committing to move into the property within 60 days of closing and to occupy the property for 12 months. 

I believe if you are truly committed in 4 years of being a realtor you will be way a head of the game.

I bank with BB&T (Truist) and looked into getting one with them but am not pleased with what they are offering.

I understand Tahoe is a preferable market for STR (Yes, I know about Measure T :) ) due to the year round attractions with exception to the shoulder seasons, but really open to everywhere with a decent market in Norcal.
