You should strongly formation of an entity, figuring out your financing, and finding an office location that is convenient and has minimal distractions there.  

A recommendation is just that, a recommendation for convenience or cost effectiveness.

I'd also be surprised to see him get a mortgage at 4% with that high of an LTV.
