I suspect that reasonably sophisticated BTC holders understand the speculative nature and will prefer to segregate their investments, and relatively unsophisticated BTC holders are probably not the type of people who you want as investors anyway (and will likely cause the biggest headaches when things go wrong).MicroStrategy has been the poster child for shifting assets to BTC, but the fact that there is a poster child at all demonstrates how much they are in the minority. 

You can't swing a dead cat around here without hitting a new self storage unit, those have been great investments but it looks to me like the supply/demand curve is shifting in favor of the supply side so it will or has already become a renters market. 

Urbanized communities simply can't suddenly deregulate in a manner meaningful enough that the market shifts that dramatically.

In short, CA is experiencing out-migration and markets like Phoenix and Austin are benefiting from this shift. 

If indeed the military recommended the shift from Colorado to Alabama, then it may actually happen.Otherwise it may become a part of the many last minute shady rulings by the disgraced president that gets overturned by the new govt.

Unfortunately we have a society now where the media throws gasoline on every fire and seeks to craft its own narrative.

As soon as you shift to the second model, you lose that key strength and essentially now you have created an apartment style investment, but with mobile homes.  

You are a service provider and if you don’t start operating your business in that way - you will begin to see your clients shift just as newspapers did.

I became really good at quickly adding things up and calculating percentages in my head when I realized that hocus-pocus talk around those things was one of the main ways people get swindled in society.

It seems likely that this has shifted to some extent within the last year, but I doubt very highly there has been anything like a paradigm shift.
