It needs to look polished and convey that you are professional, experienced, successful, organized, and attentive to detail.

For future readers of this thread I wanted to let everyone know I beat this to bloody death for weeks to find out that Sunwest Trust and Naber's i401k are pretty much the best options.

I don't pay much attention to credit, since the only applicant I even had that didn't have terrible credit ended up doing a midnight moveout.

I paid no attention to the name or questioned who it was.

Each can be a source of information for you, if you're not a customery, they may not give you much attention or even assistance in other deals.

And PS, didn't mean to be so rough on you, didn't mean to skin you, just get your attention on what was proposed......good job so far!

Real Estate Blogging only seems to have two categories...trying to help people so you can sell them something, and telling people all about your stuff or articles and such that can be so specialized to the area or topic that it may be of no help to the reader.

Or do you point the readers to your website?

You need to pay attention to your finances.
