We've ruled out a lot of homes simply by mapping with satellite feature and seeing what's around (quarry starting next street over, huge power lines, beautiful view of industrial complex, etc.)

I just don't know.If the people in power were to do a bailout, I'd certainly require a few things, including mandatory increased mileage standards as part of the deal.
