Louis area, but I’ve always had a passion for real estate and I'm excited about my future in real estate. 

From day one, I was welcomed into a tight-knit network of mentors and mentees who were not only passionate about their fields but also genuinely invested in each other's growth.

While I've dabbled in investing through stock trading and Roth IRAs, real estate has been a long-standing passion, but I have always been nervous about pulling the trigger.

I've great passion to learn, decent savings to start and easy access to capital(from family members and friends), I'm eager to connect with any investors/realtors/brokers/contractors/attorneys/property managers to learn and grow. 

I'm most passionate about the city of Rochester (vs the suburbs), and would love to be part of the growth in the South Wedge, Ellwanger Barry/Swillburg, or the 19th Ward (though we'd consider other areas too as long as they aren't war zones).We have friends and family who are willing to help us with most aspects of on-the-ground property management, but would love to connect with investors, agents, and others who might be able to help us buy our first properties or just want to share their wisdom.

I know for Group funding; big challenge would be getting same minded passionate honest investors and very important is "how do I search and find those investors!"  

I primarily got into that space, because I was passionate about single-family investing. 

This is my passion and I have to admit it gets under my skin when people waste other's time or approach this like a joke.  

I just read a book that had a great concept, the subtle art of not giving a F***, and it describes that the people are successful in the business are the ones that are excited about the process and the rest comes with that passion.
