Newbie in West Chester, PA seeking connections and advices

Hello BPers, glad to find this amazing community! I just graduated from Notre Dame and moved to West Chester, PA in 2015. I've great passion to learn, decent savings to start and easy access to capital(from family members and friends), I'm eager to connect with any investors/realtors/brokers/contractors/attorneys/property managers to learn and grow.

I've read some articles and listened to some podcasts on biggerpockets and have a basic understanding of the industry. However, There are millions of questions in my head before i can move on. Like any newbies--like where to invest--shalI I start local here in West Chester, Phoenixville, Collegeville, Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey...or looking to other cities that have higher potential; Shall I do buy and hold or BRRR; Shall I go after multi-family or SFR, which class....Any advice is appreciated!!! And I definitely hope to contribute in any ways to the community as well! Cheers!
