There are some deals in Los Angeles, San Diego, and, occasionally, Orange County, but the best "bang for the buck" is the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties) and up in the high desert areas of Victorville and Apple Valley.Hope this helps.

Our current CPA is OK--but we've switched to Quickbooks Online completely, and he's having a hard time keeping up with the changes.So, I'm looking for a local CPA in the Los Angeles (anywhere from the San Fernando Valley, to Riverside, to South Orange County) that is well-versed in Quickbooks Online.This accountant would handle our corporate taxes, as well as my (and my business partner's) personal taxes.My business partner and I are also looking to start a real estate investing LLC, so we'll need a CPA well-versed in this side of tax law as well.

The other stuff we do that generate leads:- Our guys wear our T-Shirts everywhere which are bright orange and we get about 10 leads per month from that- Referals from other wholesalers - 40+/month- Old marketing pieces that people come around to after sitting on them for say 6 months - 10+ month- Canvassing - about 200 per month- Billboards - tried this on and off - Newspaper - 10-20 leads/month- Our website is currently being optimized and we get about 10 leads to our own site per month right now.
