I’m in Ohio with a lot of wholesaling opportunities, but I don’t know where to start:

We have an opportunity to purchase a small 12-acre farm with 2 dilapidated building on it.

The letter basically said she was a great tenant, if he (the landlord) didn't need to move back into the house himself she wouldn't even be leaving (the landlord was a military member who was getting out of the service), and if given the opportunity he would rent to her again without hesitation.  

Hi all, I was reading some articles from Brendan Turner about buying right - how he looks to buy property at 70/80% of the valueIf you follow this rule, what are some rules of thumb you use to identify these opportunities? 

@Jeremy Mattson, I have missed and continue to miss good buying opportunities because of a lack of funds. 

We have 3 properties under contract and there is a huge opportunity coming up but my husband is nervous about getting in over our heads.

If you can quantify the risk there are some good passive investment opportunities.

And here you may have some neat opportunities.
