My PM just sent an email for purposed work by Albrights Mechanical for my approval to install a new control board on the HVAC unit for $467.  

Some of the surrounding properties (mobile homes) have been cleared and replaced with small cabins, which I'm sure they're attempting to lease recreationally, to no avail.

My partner and I purchased a 3 bdrm townhome in Boulder Jan 2020 for 429K (yes it was the cheapest 3bdrm - aside from a mobile home - in Boulder at the time), we petsit through a killer app, staying in gorgeous homes for free and rent out our home on Airbnb. 

No service these days are cheap, especially those in the trades and those who repair home mechanicals.

I've noticed that a lot of the tenants in these mobile home parks that I'm looking at have very delinquent taxes.

What if there's a mechanical failure of some kind?

Hence, they want to be mobile - move/relocate to cities where the jobs are.
