. $2K a month for not 1 but 2 exotic cars and another one paid off on the driveway meanwhile you don't own a primary residence or at least 1 form of real estate shows your in the rat race mentality and are too busy keeping up with the joneses then to provide a better future for yourself and children. $300K a year does not support a lifestyle of $300K MSRP worth of cars sitting on the driveway.

No, I did not sign up for their "Elite" training courses - I thought the $17k - $63k they were asking for could be better spent actually investing in real estate property (ha).What I got out of the workshop was high motivation/inspiration and a wealth of information but not knowing where to even start.

The podcasts are fantastic and you can use them as a weekly training course and inspiration.

(She was really inspired to get started by Robert Kiyasaki's books)  It can be done! 

I had so many people contact me and thank me for writing it over the past year or so that I wanted to go back through, update it and republish it to share, help, and inspire more people.

We've reached that point, like many do in our generation, where we're caring for parents and children at the same time.
