I try to run my business like a business as be fun can while renting to people I know and living with them on top of it, but sometimes my partner doesn’t see it that way and I second guess myself at times because I it.

That’s a lot to chew on for sure.

I am just starting to get calls on all the postcards I sent out in the last two weeks, and it's fun to talk to people who want to sell their houses and to go look at their houses.
