Are there any BPers here that specialize in fixing/updating homes for rental, filling it with a tenant, and [i]then selling the home as an investment property based on cashflow and cap rate?

I know for a fact that trying to sell a hoe near or in the flight path of an airport will reduce your buyers pool and thus, reduce value.
