Hello everyone

I would like to introduce myself, My name is Paul Routsaw I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I'm just getting start in the rehabbing and working in to some rentals in the future. I plan to work with a REO realtor and a hard money lender at first. I'm also looking for new friends in my area that would be willing to lead an ear from time to time :) and just hanging out.
