Steve Olson does Praedo have any cross over between the classes for CA and UT?

I still dont know it all, but thats ok, i am re-building my network of people, not to mention learning the numbers , crossing my T's and dotting my I's so the next time life kicks my *** ill be waiting.

Guy, I live in Glen Ridge which borders Upper Montclair and it is a "hot" market, if the house is priced right you will be under contract in 3 days.  

You might get a mortgage through the same bank that you could have approached on your own, but a mortgage broker will know exactly which bank to go to for which scenario and will make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.  

That last one is a pretty high bar to cross in terms of giving them an offer that sounds better.

WHY because wholesalers as a rule cannot play in those.. you need large deposits and real POFs  and then you need to close in the entity name that made the offer.. now I know you can get transactional funding or double close ( although double close is really not legal anymore but some still cross that line ( I mean closing companies)..

I really have learned so much though this process and I am crossing my fingers that she will show up in court tomorrow and she will not have the money needed for the rent escrow court.
