Very relaxed pace... we do what we want, farm out the rest when needed.One cool thing about the larger deals,  you can get non-recourse financing where you aren’t personally on the line if something goes south... pretty cool feature your regular bank probably WON’T be offering you!

You can upgrade and make the units premo nice - really nice laminate or engineered hardwood, tile in the bathrooms, cool light fixtures, quartz countertops, new appliances.
