Hello all! My name is Joel Bullock and I live here in Norman, Oklahoma. I'm 21 years old and I've bounced around various parts of Oklahoma before ending up here. I work as a teller at Arvest Bank currently, though I'm trying to transfer to become a mortgage processor. Honestly, I don't have much of a background in real estate to speak of. A year or two ago I started learning more about real estate and thought it was interesting but until recently I'd been focusing more on my goal of working with mortgages than the investing side of things. My goals with investing are to use buy and hold strategies with single family housing and multi-family housing - both residential and commercial - to gain enough passive income to pursue my dreams later in life, raise a family, and eventually retire. However for right now my goals are to learn as much as I can and meet as many new people as I can to try and avoid putting the cart in front of the horse, as my dad used to say. Now that I've introduced myself, I'd love to get to know you! If you have the time I'd love to hear a bit about yourself and talk to you.
