I've been reading heavily on the subject of REI for the last 2-3 months and attended a 1 day multifamily seminar by Anthony Chara yesterday.

I attended the free introductory webinar ("Real Estate Investments for Newbies") and while hyped and motivated, I still feel a little overwhelmed as to where to start.

I cannot attend closing and the Title company I am working with does not permit the closing documents to be signed electronically.I need a Title/Escrow Company, Licensed Remote Closer, Or Attorney to fulfill my obligations on closing these two homes.
