How's it going BP army! My name is Chaz Albrecht. I'm from McDonough Ga and I'm really excited (almost obsessively) about the possibilities of REI. I'm a foreman for a local commercial drywall company, and while I enjoy my job, it's not something I want to do forever. I've been reading heavily on the subject of REI for the last 2-3 months and attended a 1 day multifamily seminar by Anthony Chara yesterday. It kicked my ***, but made that much more obsessed. Because once I have a grasp of the jargon and math, nothing is stopping me.

I've been listening to the podcast for the last month and I'm trying not to skip ahead, but I just had to listen to Grant Cardone's interview. That dude is awesome!

Anyway I would love to meet up with some like minded people around me. I'm getting tired of reading and listening to books. My goal is to have some type of multifamily unit at least under contract by May 2016. I hope to hear from some of you!
