@Yusuf Qureshi,To my knowledge, there isn't a universal formula, as it's based on personal opinion of what makes a B/C/D/F area.    

I see some of the other realtors with different designations and certifications, like Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) or Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

The property is located 10 minutes from Oklahoma State University.

Also outskirts of Shipp University area.Instead of working with 1 realtor, try calling the listing agents and working with them directly.

Not a bad play since I am 10 miles outside of Boston, 1/2 mi from Salem State University, and 0.7 miles from downtown Salem.One day I thought to myself, "you know what, I'm going to throw the 1 bedroom unit on the market for $1,600 and allow pets to see how much action I get.

This is Ohio State University and I can tell you I spend about 20 hours a week in class and studying, though I could do more.

Hello Joe, another good area is in zip code 78237, but only north of culebra around St Mary's university.
