University Business Admin. , Emphasis?
Hello! I am a university student of several years. I am currently on track towards a business administration undergrad degree. Ultimately, I will become a real estate investor. It may not make much of a difference, but I was wondering which emphasis would benefit me more, finance (with 2 elective 'real estate' classes) or management (managing a team). Two of my family members went BusinessAdmin->finance but they have no desire to get into real estate, whereas I do. I was wondering if I should emphasize in management to gain a different perspective? Thanks.
