I take my test next Friday! 

Oct 1, yesterday, at 9 am I get an email saying "Hey Adam, rent will be paid Friday.

We just purchased our first Auctioned house on Friday.

Well, I actually closed on it on Friday.

Same concept as the guy who tries to buy your car with "I can get you $200 today and pick it up and I swear I'll bring you the other $8,000 on Friday!"

There is also the "Landlord Lunches" at Spirits West, 2601 Wilkens Ave. every Friday from 12:00 to about 2:00.

I found a vacation rental at 20k below market on Friday but the current management company was charging too much for management so I didn't make an offer, the house sold on Saturday so I missed an opportunity by Monday when I met with the other management company that I can work with. 

I'd look at the REIA first, myself.You'll need to establish some way to prove the signs were actually placed before you pay out.If you're going have them put out Friday evening and collected Sunday evening, then a simple count of signs returned might be good enough to verify that they were all picked up.Paying for posting and retrieval separately is advisable, I think.

What if I get a title search on Friday for a property I bid on the following Tuesday and someone files a lien on Monday?
