Hi All,

Just getting our feet wet in the flipping market. Did a deal with an experienced flipper down in Queen Creek, Arizona that went well. We just purchased our first Auctioned house on Friday. Was shocked by the amount of junk both in the garage, the house and the shed. We will most likely fill a couple of dumpster just to see what we got. Our biggest worry is a foundation crack. Other than that we think will do okay on it.
