I'm actually concentrating on San Antonio. 

I have learned a lot but have no passion for it.My family and I have decided that we are ready to move out of the San Francisco Bay Area and will likely head towards Sacramento.

Right now, my mom is owning four SFR in Las Vegas, and one duplex in San Bernardino.

To me what makes a great investment market is strong rental demand, high population and job growth, low property prices with higher rents (not San Diego where I live :-).

Hello, Most of my rehabbing is down in San Diego, I have a rather large project in the Sacramento area that I would like to get a couple contractor quotes on.  

I want to be able to comfortably support my family without having to work, outside of dealing with my real estate investments.Of course, the amount of money that takes will vary depending on location, as living in San Francisco costs a lot more than living in Gator Swamp, Florida.
