Need a Sacramento Area contractor referral

Hello, 

Most of my rehabbing is down in San Diego, I have a rather large project in the Sacramento area that I would like to get a couple contractor quotes on.  Also, I am looking to expand my rehabbing business into this area and be doing 2-4 projects at a time in the Sacramento region in the near coming future.  Contractors must be fully licensed and all that jazz, and understand rehabbers budgets and timelines.
