From my perspective, I joined on with the company to use his knowledge, his subcontractor connections, and his years of experience remodeling homes to get in with some local investors that I can work with and learn from.I live in Kennesaw/Woodstock area, the business is in McDonough serving all of metro Atlanta.

I can pretty much work anywhere but my girlfriend is still trying to find a Finance job in that area.Coming from the Metro DC/Maryland area, I'm amazed at how many multifamily properties are up there.

Getting back into buying after a rather long hiatus since the crash... after burying about 300k cash into a small farm rehab project, now am operating with far fewer resources than before. Excited to buy 3fam or 4fams...

It shows that the Austin metro area employment base is growing steadily but we are certainly in need of more employees to match that growth hence the low unemployment. 

I've been investing in the OKC metro are for several years now, also a licence agent.

Hearing those prices in your market sounds crazy because in Metro Detroit you can get a 30 unit for 1.3 million.
