Prospective Oklahoma City Investor

Mac Walker
Posted

Hi there, I am a Los Angeles based investor visiting Oklahoma City this week to vet the market. Looking to connect and network with new individuals (eg. I buy you coffee or lunch!). Shout out to Aaron Bihl in San Antonio for picking me up at my airbnb last week and divulging his knowledge of that city. I am in the final stages of vetting three markets (SATX, Indy, and OKC). Looking to finalize on one and begin a Buy + Hold strategy on multi-family properties in 2019, targeting 1-3 purchases in first year. Please holler if interested in linking up.

Bit about me: LA based ticket broker. I buy and sell live event tickets in a similar fashion to buying and selling houses, stocks... you name it. Investing comes naturally to me, but real estate is a new domain and I am a novice! Looking to learn and meet good people along the way.
