That avoids a recession temporarily, but it only makes it that much worse when it arrives. 

One of the biggest things to me, personally, is them being respectful of your time and making a strong effort to arrive as scheduled.

I've emailed my title attorney the letter and asked if my title insurance might cover this; no response yet [ seems odd that the letter would be sent so that it arrives on a Friday after business hours]  and I'm not holding my breathe that I will be covered. 

Since there is no way to prove when the pet arrived, charge them back rent to day one. 

The contractors who arrived just quoted $175 to $250 per sq foot finished. 

When I read the answer it makes sense and I can figure out how they have arrived at the answer.

What are you going to do with the property until you're arrival in 2017 ?

And I always call to speak to them prior to booking or arrival just to get a gut sense of who they are.

The real nightmare started less than 24 hours before our arrival in SF (4 days ago): We were told that "unfortunately" AIRENVY had made a mistake and let the house twice.
