Reliable Contractors in Central Florida/Orlando
Hi! Wholesaler/Investor here in Central Florida. I'm looking for referrals for contractors in the area that can go to some of my appointments with me and give me a repair estimate/scope of work for my projects or wholesale deals I'm flipping out. I'd expect to pay for this initially, then as I hire them for future projects and build a relationship, I'd ask them to give me free estimates. My question is two fold:
1 - has anyone ever paid for a contractor's time for site visit/scope of work/repair estimate? If yes, what's a reasonable fee?
2 - anyone have referrals for solid contractors in the area that may be able to help with what i've described above.
thanks!
