Buy a house that is located in Clearwater, but not annexed into the City, so technically still County.

In my experience I gave them the $ to help them out since technically they were dealing with a MUCH colder home while I was working on the heat pump to get it back up and running again.  

Hello BP'ersThis may be a stupid question but has anyone seen or been part of a commercial syndication deal where a partner only provides technology assistance and or technical project management for the infrastructure for a fee? 

Would I be able to list this as two rooms on a rental or would I only be able to technically list it as one?

Technically, because he's been in there for so long, he's an occupant.

The builder had the apartment classified as condos, so that is what they technically still are. 

As far as what is purchase is based on, I've not really thought to ask that question as can't anyone technically set a price?  

It won’t matter how good their technical skills are if they don’t fit with the group.

Actually I should also mention that I am currently house hacking a two flat so this wouldn't "technically" be my first investment...

Those are passed on and staffing reduced as well if it’s bad enough
