I would definitely talk to an independent agent.

Typically if you're bringing on your first assistant, I would plan to start with an independent contractor arrangement.

WHY: TO become FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT that will allow me to RETIRE AT A SUSTAINABLE HIGH STANDARD OF LIVING UNTIL MY WIFE AND I DIE AND TO PASS ON A SUBSTANTIAL WEALTH TRANSFER TO MY CHILDREN. 

That is, from what we can tell, we want to have cash flowing properties leading to financial independence.

My overall goal in investing in real estate is to become financially independent and retire early (F.I.R.E) by the age of 30.
