New Investor in the California Bay Area

Hey everybody! My name is Joshua Duenas and I am 20 years old. New to real estate investing and excited to get started. Joined Bigger Pockets to learn the basics and to hear about the stories of successful investors. After listening to some of the podcasts by Bigger Pockets, I am interested in multi-family homes and the BRRRR strategy as a way to grow my wealth. I am still unsure if I should invest in the bay area or to try in another market. My overall goal in investing in real estate is to become financially independent and retire early (F.I.R.E) by the age of 30. My current goal is to buy my first investment property before the end of 2021. I am excited to get started on my journey and looking forward to connecting!
