Has anyone had any experience with a soundproofing membrane that goes under engineered hardwood and claims to reduce footfall shock sound from traveling between levels?

I am 18 years old, just about to finish my schooling career in the 2 months, and would not mind traveling oversees for 'business purposes' next year :D Pretty keen actually..Any info on this topic would be great, thanks.

@Brad Turley Quite a few ways - direct mailer, word of mouth, solicit via travel sites, social media, regular networking etc.

This guest indicated he and his party travel to our town for work and would be interested in using our place in the future. 

On one side of the property is a Cigar Shop with a smoking lounge.

@Jay Hinrichs I have the property under contract for $250,000 which I thought was a smoking deal, but if the city demands a tear down and removal then it could cost up to $1 million, making this a not so great deal. 

We're millennials and we like to travel way too much to be living on beans and rice. 

So, I have to travel for three weeks at the time to Utah, for the next three to four months, and I was wandering if AirBnB was better friendly-user than hotels. 

We grew up traveling to Tahoe for amazing summers and winters.
