You will trap yourself in a cage after shooting of your own big toe if you do it any other way.There is NO CONTRACT to buy; the lease says nothing about buying, and the option gives the buyer the RIGHT to buy at a pre-determined price and within a certain amount of time, but not the OBLIGATION to purchase--that is not the same as a contract to purchase.

Sewer can especially be a unique challenge because you either need gravity back toward the house or you need an injection pump to grind up the sewage and shoot it down a higher pressure line.Also, where are you going to park if you convert the garage?
