Hi, in FL - I noticed a situation where the sub association recently foreclosed, and now the Master HOA for the same is scheduled to foreclose aswell within weeks apart.Does that mean that whoever was the winning bid on the sub-association foreclosure will be wiped out when the master association proceeds, does it have seniority?

If you're serious about pursuing this, I would highly suggest writing down a long list of all your questions, find a good local Investor friendly attorney, schedule an hour of their time, pay their hourly rate and sit down and have them answer all your questions.

You dont want to drive there fine, im not an agent and I dont know the amount of work it requires to schedule a showing but I think I would have been fine with him telling me hey you can view the property with the listing agent on X day at Y time.

Requalify her on her own income and if she does not qualify then give notice that you are nonrenewing their lease (helps that you are already month to month).If you had a longer term lease I would offer to let them out of the lease with no fees as long as they leave within x amount of time and turn over the property on a schedule you define.If you want to be a nonprofit, make a charitable donation to one.

Hey Account Closed, to your point, the task assignment & management functionality in Podio is helpful so employees can stay organized and prioritize their work - i.e. call back leads, schedule appointments, create sales comps reports, etc.
