@Andrew Domingues I've been satisfied with my experience with Cozy.co   My only gripe is that it takes a few days longer than I would like to have availability of the funds (3-5 days) but there is no cost to the landlord.

I'm just looking for cash flow, doesn't have to be an amazing return, just good or decent, for example if my yearly net after all expenses but before income tax is above $5,000 I will be satisfied
