For example, probably one roof, one driveway, etc.

Those 2 duplexes also have to be power washed and I guess we have to do them first, along with replacing the roof, and residing the front, and putting in new shutters. and changing the House numbers, and replacing a fence. and putting in  new kitchen cabinets and a new counter top and new sink and faucets  for one tenant, and a new Bathroom tub and toilet and floor  for another tenant.  

His organization has gotten so large now that he has others who work for him that deal with these aspects as well.

For example, ignoring roof leak complaints for years so they could focus on selling units they purchased via auction.

My suggestion is grab one and detail every aspect of the process (budget, repairs, problems etc).  

@Matt ShamusThanks for the support...We got the seller to replace roof and gutters as part of the deal, other than that just some light clean up in laundry areas. 

Aside from it being a very old and beat down MH, it also had a roof that had once leaked.

I mention age only from the point of view as to the gross lack of experience and wisdom, youth simply can not achieve these aspects.

Roof (2005), boilers, electric, plumbing, appliances are all in great shape and nothing is needed.
