Wholesaling with Sean Terry , is he the private lender?

Ok , so I recently attended one of Sean Terry's meeting and it all went great. Met quite a few other wholesalers motivated to become full time investors. Now my question is to those who attended the meeting or know his strategy is,is he the investor who will close the deal with a potential seller/lead? Meaning ,is he the person who will buy the house from the seller and find a buyer as well ?
