I would not want random strangers allowed to come and go into that house !

I see many in Cali investing seemingly random all over the nation.

Some random thoughts:Don't let your goals push you into doing a deal just because you feel you need a deal to meet an arbitrary timeline you set for yourself.

I have used craigslist and random other sites like roomster to see what room rentals go for in the area to calculate my expenses and income etc and to also see how much of a demand there is for single room rentals/roommates.

That is easy to recognize as opposed to random questions you get from other people to ask.What systems are you looking to implement?

Needless to say it was a giant headache but worth it to have to have another agent for some random property in the same area as my other ones.

Not sure if Chicago is the same way, but I would not try to hide a purchase price from a friend/family member when any random person could spend 15 minutes or less figuring it out on their own.

I definitely want to "train" with a totally LEGIT guy who advertises looking for random people with illegal bandit signs instead of just going to the local REIA

I've for sure had problems come up randomly throwing me a curveball.
