What are the must have questions when screening Realestate agents for long Distance investing? Also what are examples you would want to hear from that individual??

I’m in the process on interviewing REA and want to narrow it down and systematize it!

    @Wayne Yahnke i would look for an agent that is truly passionate about real estate. That is easy to recognize as opposed to random questions you get from other people to ask.
