How to find hedge fund cash buyers for real estate?

I am a wholesaler who primarily focuses on Ohio but sometimes gets properties in random cities like Oakland MD, Seattle WA, Bucyrus OH, etc... 

So since my properties are all over I decided the best solution is looking for hedge fund buyers who are looking for fixer uppers in cities across the US. Any suggestions or advice? Thank you
