I agree that the season greatly effects the sales as my 2 prior properties were purchased and rehabbed in the fall and winter, but rehabbing in a Chicago winter can be a bit of a pain.

You name it or the pain you are having with data and we will see what we can do. 

Otherwise it is a pain every time you need to so something, esp if you have parties in different states, because all of you will have to sign.

It's been a bit painful to realize that, no matter how hard I'm willing to work and how responsible I am for finding and executing the deal, if you don't have the upfront capital that's required, you're going to have to share the upside with someone who does.

I've had a number of occasions where it was a real pain to have both accounts.

I only have a little over 30 doors and maybe 5 entities and it is already getting to be a pain to keep them all separated. 

I've heard that can be a pain. 

BUT, the two bigger pain-points that I remember upgrading for are forum usability and the calculators.I love to analyze deals with the BP calculators, but you can only use them a handful of times before you hit your maximum, unless your Pro.
