I got 5.5% on our 20-unit MF purchase, 20-year amortization (normally 25% but because of the property age they wanted to go with a 20-yr), 80% LTV, 5-year fixed, 12-month interest only. 

@Kristi Kandel sorry I should have mentioned that, at the time of titling if I was a guarantee on the loan I needed to be on the deed. 3 properties I mortgaged this year I need to be on title with my LLC, which looks bizarre and defeats the purpose.

As mentioned, have a call with them tomorrow and would love to hear as much feedback or cautions as possible. 

It would also be good to think about how a prefab home would fit into the neighborhood as a whole, and if it would be in demand.The money could probably be better spent elsewhere, like the SFHs you mentioned in your post.

You mention you're an S corp- so I'm assuming you do flips?
