Has something changed in the housing market in the past month?

I have a rehab property appraised and listed at 176k. In August, it was getting 5 showings per week until it went under contract due to close 9/19. The buyers backed out even after it passed inspection and appraisal, and I put it back on the market 9/18. Since then, I've gotten only 1 showing. Same list price.
