And talk to the lender (ANY lender) about exactly what fees are going to be involved.Jon, my point here is that before ANY paperwork is signed, get an estimate of all the junk fees and procedures BEFORE you close on the deal, this should be step 2 of all the steps involved with any lender, the first being to introduce yourself and discuss your particular solution.
