Multi Family Investing
Hello my name is Mark I'm from Hampton, VA just introducing myself and looking to get some positive feedback on multi family investing. Specifically I'm looking to start small between 2-4 units. I've never owned a home and was wondering would it be beneficial for me to buy the property and live in a unit while renting out the others. Thanks in advance
