My goals are to build enough passive income for me and my fiancé and future children we may have so that I can enjoy life and have financial freedom.

I'm in the process of developing my own and am quite inspired!

I have been blessed with an wonderful husband Steve and our 2  amazing children, Kyler (9) and Kinsley (4).I had my Real Estate license years ago, but out of the business.

You see, I’ve got three wonderful children who have lived in [this town] all their lives.

Beyond that, for anyone looking to pass property to their heirs, children get to inherit the assessed value even if the market value is significantly higher!  

After hearing some inspiring success stories, I'm ready to let the rubber meet the road.I'm working full-time at the moment, and plan to keep this passive until it makes financial sense not to.
