I informed them two weeks ago that I won the property at auction and would need to take full ownership of the property on 8/17 and they would need to be out.

These data mining services were mentioned in the CFPB ruling, companies that offer information on foreclosures and/or offer foreclosure services, there are new required disclosures and hoops to jump through.

There was no information other than a property name, a phone number, and a price.  

I was also informed that I would receive updates on this but I have not received anything as of now.
