Is there a service to fill the gap after Default Research stoped?

I did a lot of direct marketing using the data from Default Research and they stopped their service.  Does anyone else know if a service like this in Michigan?

@Bill Gulley there are many services that simply data mine the recorders office... and give a notice of the NOD's.... which happens way before publication in many states.. like months ...

so to waite for publication your way behind the curve...  at least in OR CA WA
