There are tons of lenders that will lend to you under your circumstances you just need to hunt them down.

The location is great for workers, the airport is expanding & upgrading, we just got the new Porche center down there and Solis is building a new upscale Ritz Carlton type hotel there....all positives.You'll have to hunt for them but find something that needs lipstick..

(a total of 25k)Remember I said this was my first deal...well..it took three weeks to close because of a clouded title..2 actually. infact we had to hunt them down(one lived in Texas)overnight papers and line up a notary to go to the mans house personally.
